Great Bissell adaptor! The minute I saw the VACEXT adaptor I was pretty sure it would work with my Bissell upright vacuum. AND IT DID!For some reason, it isn't sold on its own, so I got this smaller set of 4. Honestly, the tapered shape should make it a great adaptor for most vacuums.My original problem, I just wanted a small brushless upholstery tool to help me vacuum our bunny cage and food pellets.Disappointingly, Bissell only offered one tool on their website outside of the ones that came with the vacuum. I ordered a tool from Amazon that said it would work with my Bissell and of course it didn't.Bissell tools seem to be 1-1/8 Inside Diameter and 1-3/8 Outside Diameter. Standard vacuum tools (like the one I ordered from Amazon) are 1-1/4 ID and 1-7/16 OD, which means they won't fit inside the Bissell tube.Interestingly, most vacuum tools are also measured in mm adding to the difficulty.I also circled the 4th adaptor because it worked with a slight modification. The flares portion is almost completely swallowed by my Bissell and I'm worried about it being sucked into the tube. I took a thin strip of vinyl electrical tape (thinner than most) and did a light wrap around the flare, ensuring it wouldn't slide completely into the tube on my vacuum. I also considered using a narrow strip of duct tape, but it can leave a residue. The two additional pictures are of the 4th modified adaptor.Now I have two adaptors that fit my upright Bissell Cleanview Pet Vacuum with cord rewind.

Adapt new brushes to old vacuums as well as to garage vacuums Our 14 year Bissell vacuum has a poor upholstery attachment and my ShopVac does not have a good auto interior brush. A new Bissell vacuum is $200-$300 That is where these adapters come. With no cutting and just a bit of electrical tape to build up one end, I can attach new brushes to my Bissell, Since nice brushes don't go to the garage (per my partner), I can attach a Shark brush that is unacceptable in the house to my ShopVac. For ~$45, I extend the life of my Bissell and get my ShopVac in the car game.

Omg it fits!! I have a shark Lift Away Navigator Adv 500 Series and its been impossible getting any other attachments to fit it, i even duct taped the hoover brush on at one point lol. This set makes it so i can use the attachments from my huge collection from other brands of previous vacuums including eureka and hoover. Great value too!!!
